To Texas Stampede begin the 23/24 season with a trip south to Houston to compete in the Metal of muscle invitational. The fall classic returns after a number of years and promises to be a early season test.
The tournament will feature the top teams in the country and a possible matchup with the national championship game from last year. 
The stampede returns everyone from last years roster, and a new addition. Newcomer Josh Smith will be joining the team to solidify the low point category. Head coach Gabriel Garcia said, “We are excited to begin the 23-24 season. It's a good chance to see our competition for the new season. We are looking to get our team together and begin our process towards nationals”.
