Texas Stampede wheelchair rugby athlete Alejandro "Alex" Pabon recently earned a spot on the Team USA training squad, marking his second consecutive opportunity to compete for a place on the national team. Pabon, a well-respected figure in adaptive sports, has a history of success, having played for the Texas Stampede, Dallas Cowboys wheelchair football team, and UTA Mavericks basketball team. His diverse athletic background highlights his versatility and skill across various sports, a testament to his relentless drive and determination.

Throughout his career, Pabon has earned several tournament MVP honors and championship titles, establishing himself as a dominant force on the court and field. "Beyond grateful and blessed to be able to represent USA and wear the letters on my chest once again," Pabon said of his Team USA selection.
