With yesterday's  2-0 start, your Texas stampede had a valuable day of court knowledge on the hardwood floor of balboa parks Municipal Gym. 

Game one today found us in a back and forth slobber knocker of a game, exchanging points vs the Tucson pterodactyls.  The stampede came out strong with our starting line but in the end the other team had more points, and we ran out of time. Our final score of 66-63 was a good benchmark for the Stampedes future and the remainder of the season.

During game two your Texas stampede found areas to improve on versus a strong defending National Champion in the Phoenix Heat. Our final score of 65-46 was a significant spread, but the lessons learned today will be invaluable for for the stampedes future and for the remainder of the season.

We made great strides today, but "some days your the hammer and some days your the nail" said by one of the Stampedes super fans Jackson Gumbert.

Tough day in Cali. Need to grow as a team and keep our heads up, and play to our level tomorrow.  Said by #13 on the court, but #1 your heart CJ Brown.
