The Stampede kick off the 2015 – 2016 season with the Metal and Muscle tournament in Houston Texas November 6 – 8. The 10 team invitational will feature some of the top teams in the United States and promises to be an early test for many of the squads.

“We are excited to get back on the court”, said coach James Gumbert. “Finishing 3rd at last years nationals was a driving force for the team over the summer and we are anxious to build upon that”

The Stampede have forgone an international player for only the second time in their 18 year history and have looked to develop current and new players. “It was a team choice to work with what we had and bring him some new athletes to the program” said Gumbert. “Expect to see a lot of young guys with a lot of energy and passion”.

The tournament held at the GRB Convention Center will have the Stampede squaring off first against the Shepherd Smash on Friday at 12pm. For a complete listing of games and times see the schedule below.
