The Texas stampede is proud to announce that three members of the 2016 team were selected to be a part of the USAWR Rio training squad. The Team will begin immediately to train and compete over the next four months in the lead up to the Rio Paralympics.

Josh Brewer, Jeff Butler, and Alex Pabon competed in the four-day tryouts held in Birmingham Alabama. They were tested on all aspects of their game including speed passing knowledge and on the court play.

We are very excited to see the growth of these athletes said Coach James Gumbert. They represent the very best in the country and we look forward to their next accomplishments.
