Members of the Texas Stampede Wheelchair Rugby Club attended the Austin Community College PT/OT class recently. The required class for all PT/OT students has become a semi annual event for the team. "The PTA and OTA students at Austin Community College are great to work with, always top notch and eager to learn. On our side, it is rewarding to be a part of educating future health care professionals", said Team Representative Shawn Meredith.

The class offers students the opportunity to have hands on training with regard to muscle test, sensation, function, and a Q&A session with individuals with spinal cord injury.
