  • What is wheelchair rugby?
    Wheelchair Rugby is a full contact sport played by individuals in wheelchairs, who are impaired in their upper and lower extremities. The sport developed some 35 plus years ago, began in the hospitals and parking lots of North America and has evolved now into the fastest growing wheelchair sport in the world.   • Where are practices?
    Practices are usually held twice a week during the beginning of the season and three times during post season. Regular practices are held at PAC. Check the calendar for dates and times

 

  • Are there any games held locally?
    There are some regular season games held in the Austin area at various locations as well as at our practice locations. Check the calendar for upcoming local games and tournaments. Admission is usually free to the public and your presence is encouraged.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Stampede is currently looking for volunteers wanting to referee, work on equipment, weld metal, and help with individual personal training.
