Texas Stampede is excited to announce that four members of the team have been selected to attend the 2022 USAWR tryouts. The tryouts are to represent the USA at a pair of championships, one in Colombia for the Para Pan Championship and a world championships in Denmark for the first time ever in the same year.

Ray Hennagir, Montrerius Hucherson, Mason Symons and Liz Dunn will be competing to be one of the 16 selected. The four day event tests you mentally and physically on and off the court. All of the athletes have been to tryouts before and this will be a chance to come in and show the selection committee what they’ve been able to improve upon during the Covid pandemic. 

We are so excited for all of them” said coach JamesGumbert. “It is going to be something we hope that all the experience and time they put into this comes out.”

The USAWR tryouts are annually held in Birmingham Alabama. This will be the first tryout held in two years due to the pandemic.
