The Texas Stampede will be doing a meet and greet/exhibition at the Adaptive Sports Night at the University of Texas Thursday, October 20 at 6:30pm.
Team rep Gabriel Garcia commented, “Being able to participate in the University of Texas's adaptive sports night is an honor for the Texas Stampede. Our team continually tries to participate actively within the community to promote our sport. By allowing these students to see what our possibilities, many of them come away knowing how to refer a newly injured individual to such a great outlet”
“This gives the community an opportunity to see athletes from various backgrounds of disabilities continue to participate or get the chance to participate in a high level sport”.
